Empowering, practical, and non-judgemental therapy for adults struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or financial guilt & money worries.

I believe that everyone has the ability to change—we just need a little help from someone who understands.

Training and experience matters, but ultimately, you want to know you’re working with someone who gets what it means to struggle with chronic stress, self-doubt, and emotional overwhelm, right?

I get it because I’ve been there.

I know what it’s like to be caught in the grip of anxiety—constantly overthinking, second-guessing, and never feeling fully at ease. I know what it’s like to grapple with self-doubt, wondering why accomplishments never quite feel like enough despite all the effort. And financial stress? That gnawing sense of “Am I doing this right?” even when it’s technically okay—I’ve been through that too.

The search for understanding drew me on the path to become a therapist. I focused my work on how our childhood relationships shape how we engage with ourselves, others, and the challenges we face today.

I also learned the most important relationship we have is with our self, and once we have that, the opportunities for growth and healing are endless.

I know that it often feels like you’re stuck in a cycle you can’t break free from, no matter how hard you try. So when we work together, you won’t just get a trained therapist. You’ll get someone who truly understands what you’re going through and is committed to helping you transform your life.

My guiding principles -

Growth

Growth is a lifelong journey, and I’m here to support yours. I value your unique path and provide a space where you can explore, heal, and create your best life.

Authenticity

I bring my genuine self to our work together and encourage you to do the same, creating a space where honesty and real connection can thrive.

Humor

Yes, there is laughter in therapy! I believe humor has a place in healing—it helps us stay grounded, find perspective, and connect with our shared humanity.

At the end of the day

My goal is to help you find peace, self-compassion, and empowerment by equipping you with the tools you need to understand yourself and create lasting change.

I help you work through anxiety, financial guilt, and self-esteem struggles using Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. Together, we’ll explore the different parts of you—like your inner critic or anxious side—and understand their roles and intentions.

Rather than fighting these parts, I’ll guide you to approach them with curiosity and care. You’ll begin to understand their purpose and, ultimately, shift how you relate to them, allowing you to connect with your core Self—the compassionate, grounded, wise You that’s always there.

Through this work, you’ll heal internal conflicts, let go of burdens you’ve been carrying, and feel a greater sense of wholeness. With time, you’ll find yourself feeling more confident, navigating financial challenges with clarity, and facing anxiety with a newfound resilience.
