When your relationship comes first, everything else falls into place.

Suffering in your relationship and you don’t know where to turn? Couples counseling may be the answer you’re looking for.
I work with couples to help create secure functioning so you can feel safe, sound, close, and experience collaboration, fairness, and intimacy. You’ll learn together how to create a more fulfilling relationship and feel more in love.
What is PACT?
PACT stands for the “Psycho-Biological Approach to Couples Therapy” and is based on research in 3 fundamental areas: attachment (our biological need for connection), neuroscience (how our brains respond to stimuli) and the biology of human arousal (our moment-to-moment ability to manage our energy, alertness, and readiness to engage).
PACT sessions are a minimum of 2 hours and can sometimes last from 3-6 hours. This provides us ample time to work through the issues arising in your relationship and do the intense work without the time pressure of a 50 minute session.
Together, we’ll focus on the problems within your relationship and use tools of body language, attention, and attunement to help create understanding, build connection, and deepen your love for one another.
